Maar de ballonvaart geeft je de kans om het allemaal in korte tijd te ervaren. Je zult versteld staan hoe groot de woestijn werkelijk is. En er is een ervaren piloot bij je, die je alles over het gebied kan vertellen. Een unieke ervaring om de schoonheid van Wadi Rum te ontdekken.

Ballonvaart zonder overnachting
We ontmoeten u bij het bezoekerscentrum waar u gratis uw auto kunt parkeren. We brengen u met onze jeep naar de ballon. De piloot geeft een briefing en legt alles uit over de ballonvaart. U heeft tijd om uzelf voor te bereiden en vragen te stellen. Vervolgens begint uw ballonvaart en vliegt u ongeveer 50 tot 60 minuten boven de woestijn. Na de ballonvaart brengen we u met de jeep terug naar het bezoekerscentrum.

Ballonvaart met overnachting
U slaapt in een tent in ons kamp. Word wakker en bereid u voor en laat uw bagage achter in het kamp. Tussen 05:00 en 05:30 uur starten we de reis en rijden we u naar de luchtballon. De piloot geeft een briefing en legt alles uit over de ballonvaart. U heeft tijd om u voor te bereiden en vragen te stellen. Vervolgens begint uw ballonvaart en vliegt u ongeveer 50 tot 60 minuten boven de woestijn. Na de vlucht brengen we u terug naar het kamp waar u kunt genieten van uw ontbijt. Vervolgens kunt u uw koffers pakken en zetten we u af bij de parkeerplaats in Wadi Rum Village, meestal tussen 09:30 en 10:30 uur. Als u direct na de ballonvaart wilt vertrekken, is dat ook mogelijk.

You can only join if you are in good health. You must be able to stand for the entire flight without assistance.

The pilot is in charge, always listen to him and follow his instructions.

The pilot decides whether it is responsible to fly. We aim to let you know ate least 24 hours in advance if the balloon ride gets cancelled. But the pilot can at any moment decide to cancel the flight. You will not get charged if the flight is cancelled.

Transfer to and from the Visitors Center is free. A transfer to and from our camp is 40 JOD per jeep. Pick up from other camps might be possible, ask us for the options.
